Once an alarm is triggered and the automated signal is sent toour monitoring center, we immediately dispatch our nearest response unit to the location of the call. Upon arrival, our highly trained personnel secure the scene and thoroughly investigate it for any signs of criminal activity. If we detect any evidence of theft or property damage, or if we feel that our clients’ lives are in danger, our personnel will take immediate and proper action. This also includes notifying the local authorities and putting together a full incident report outlining the deatils and events of the call.
